Notes from Secret Woods Homeowners Association Meeting
Date: June 9, 2014 at 6:00 p.m.
Board Members Present: Dan Flynn, Mark Wnuk, Mark Lemmenes, Sharon Snow, Michael Byrd, Pam Miles.
Also present: Rob Hagen.
Certified Quorum 6:05 p.m.
Approved May minutes.
Financials:
Financial Reports were presented by Mark Wnuk and discussed.
Old Business:
Replace Pool Light Update: Pruitt Electric will fix the week of the 16th
Movie Night: Movie night scheduled. Motion by Mike Byrd and seconded by Mark Wnuk to approve for $200 for licensing, etc.
Other Neighborhood Activities: Suggestions were made, due to timing, nothing for 4th
planned.
Quiet Day Vote: Amendment do not pass. Results were posted on the board by the mail boxes.
Annual Meeting Discussions – Fine Resolution: Tabled for more research.
New Business:
New Board Members welcomed – Katherine Frazier was not present.
South Point Baptist Church – $100 was approved and a thank you would be sent.
Dark Streaks on pool decking: Paradise Pool was contacted.
Ants at Tennis Court: Problem was solved by Dan Flynn.
Pool & Tennis Court Users: Signage will be posted.
Ponds: Jamie will continue to monitor with Lake Doctors.
Dues payments: 2 are currently delinquent.
Next meeting will be on July 7th
