Notes from Secret Woods Homeowners Association Meeting
Date: July 7, 2014
Board Members Present: Dan Flynn, Mark Lemmenes, Sharon Snow, Pam Miles and Katherine Frazier. Also present: Rob Hagen, Byron DeLong and Laurie Flynn.
Certified Quorum 6:05 p.m.
Approved the June minutes. Motion by Mark Lemmenes and seconded by Sharon Snow. Motion Carried.
Financials: Mark Wnuk was not present to present. Updates by Dan, June 2015 Pool Licensing has been done and more pool projects will be done.
Old Business: Motion by Mark Lemmenes and seconded by Pam Miles to remove fines resolution.
Katherine Frazier abstained. Motion carried.
New Business:
Additional Projects: If you see any projects needed, please let Dan know.
Identities: Names and dates on postings on bulletin board. No action.
Operating Permit: Florida Health Department posted at pool. Expires June 2015.
Other Neighborhood Activities: Any ideas, bring to the attention of the board.

Insurance: June 1, 2014 Vandroff Insurance Agency acquired renewal rights from Gallagher. Account will not be serviced by Vandroff, www.vandroff-insurance.com 904-246-3390 ext 108. No additional comments.
MyFloridaLicense.com: Rob Hagen to give user name and password to Dan Flynn.
Website updated: Board members, neighborhood listing, April and May minutes. Listing needs to be distributed. A couple board members volunteered to help with the distribution with Dan Flynn.
Open discussion: Umbrellas (3) need replacing. Motion made to approve up to $250 for the replacing of the umbrellas by Mark Lemmenes and Sharon Snow seconded. Motion carried.
Next meeting will be on August 4th, 2014 at Dan Flynn’s home.
