Meeting called to order at 6:30PM.

Financials – standard expenditures, no problems.
Discussion about fence repairs near southeast corner of tennis court. Mark Lemmenes did a great job clearing the mounds on both sides of the front entrance. Should board use this opportunity to reshape them to enhance the water flow away from the tennis court towards the street before new landscaping? David, Mark Wnuk, Mike Byrd, and Mark Lemmenes will examine options by August board meeting.
Tennis court repair – board is not satisfied with work done by Absolute. David Theus will contact them about an adjustment to the bill.
One resident still has not paid their annual dues. Board sent a notification by priority mail and delivery has been confirmed. A motion was approved to allot up to $1,000 for lawyer’s fees to properly handle this situation.
‘No Soliciting’ and Neighborhood Watch signs have been replaced.
Laura Reardon will set up a ‘Secret Woods’ Facebook account. The HOA board president will be the administrator.
Hurricane damage – The board will continue to work with residents to assist in obtaining governmental solution to this situation.
Architectural committee has approved:
Lot #51 – roof replacement — board also approved Lot #24 – new fence installation. — board also approved with the stipulation that a letter be sent reminding resident about 2 other violations that should be corrected.
One PVC recliner is missing from the pool area. Please return it and no questions will be asked.
