POOL RULES (see below for Tennis Court and Basketball Court)

WARNING -NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING

  • Always Smile and Have Fun.
  • Be respectful of others.
  • Close umbrellas when leaving pool to prevent damage from high winds and thunderstorms.
  • A Parent or Guardian (14+ years old) must accompany children under the age of 12.
  • No one under 18 years of age may swim alone.
  • No Glass allowed in the pool area.
  • No Pets or animals allowed in pool area.
  • Unnecessary noise not permitted at any time.
  • No running, pushing or diving.
  • No water balloons.
  • No climbing pool or tennis court fence.
  • No playing with pool safety equipment.
  • No destroying or defacing pool property.
  • A Secret Woods family member must accompany visitors.
  • Pool cleaning is a priority. Please exit the pool when pool-cleaning personnel arrive. Ask them when you can re-enter the pool.
  • For public health, all diapered individuals must wear rubber or plastic pants and swim suits.

Violation of these rules may result in loss of pool privileges. The Board of Directors voted to charge a $50 fine for each violation.

Pool Parties should be held on the lawn area at the deep end of the pool near the trees. No family has exclusive use of the pool area. No more than 5 chairs may be used for parties. All homeowners own this area.
Please make every attempt to keep this area clear of trash. No one is paid to pick up trash or to arrange pool furniture.
If you are the last person to leave the pool (day or night), please close the bathroom doors and turn off all lights.
Trespassers will be prosecuted!

Tennis Court – 1 hour limit

The tennis court is for the enjoyment of all the neighbors. Please time your play so that you know when 1 hour is complete. If no neighbor arrives after you have completed your hour of play you may play until someone does arrive. At that time you should exit the court.

Basketball Court

The basketball hoop at the pool parking lot is for the enjoyment of neighborhood children and adults. Please respect neighbors by playing between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.  During the summer, please try to park your cars to leave room for basketball activities.
