MINUTES
- Certify Quorum: Dan, Rebecca, Sallie, Matt
- Call to Order: 6:37 p.m.
- Approval of previous minutes: approved
- Financials:
- Report: Expenses and balances. Dan was reimbursed for the pool lights and luminary sand. The plumbing and irrigation repairs have been paid for. There is a request into JEA for compensation from the irrigation system leak. ASP is to be paid more as their service pricing has increased. Jax Credit Union issued a stop payment on a check from 2018. The check never arrived at its intended destination. Matt to investigate and follow-up.
- Dan to deposit initiation checks and dues.
- Pool. Sallie. CM has not billed for the final amount owed. Sallie has reached out to CM multiple times with issues and has not received a response. Discussion of pool warranty. Matt will stop by CM and give them a list of things that need to be fixed at the pool, and then he will give them the final payment.
- Pool Umbrellas: Dan. The cobalt blue umbrella fabric ordered keeps getting delayed. The new delivery date is February 3. Dan sent other fabric samples to board. Another fabric may need to be selected if the cobalt blue is unavailable.
- Electric at entrance: One entrance light was fixed. The covers were replaced with low wattage LEDs. The electricians were unable to narrow down why we are losing power at the back entrance. The electrical repairs will continue into next week. The circuit breaker was repaired and Dan is going to replace the mercury vapor lights.
- Speed humps: COJ rejected our proposal for a 4 way stop.
- Handyman and pool fencing: Tabled until more board members present.
- Repair and update pool bathrooms: Need scope of work. Discussion to begin soon.
- New Business:
- New strapping to replace broken straps on lounge chairs: Dan to do inventory and take chair down to Atlantic Powder Coating for an estimate. Do we re-strap chairs that are broken or all chairs? 20 chairs with 4 straps each to be replaced.
- Violations: New homeowner with signed vehicle in driveway. Dan to do welcome package and remind homeowner of Covenants and Restrictions.
- Architectural Review Committee: homeowner replacing roof with same materials and color was approved. Sallie also reached back out to another homeowner that wants to paint his house. She never received a response.
