The Secret Woods board is proposing an amendment to the neighborhood covenants that frowns on homeowners doing any outdoor work on Sundays that involves mechanical devices that emit noise. The proposed amendment would also prohibit “offensive activities” which “may become a nuisance or annoyance to the neighborhood.” (more…)

Webmaster’s note: Minutes withheld from the neighborhood webmaster have now been received and published, dating back to September 2013.  According to the  November 2013 board minutes, the board voted to delay publishing.
