Secret Woods Homeowners Association Board Meeting
Date: Monday, November 9, 2015
Board Members Present: David Theus, Pam Miles, Sharon Snow, Michael Byrd and Mark Wnuk.
Certified Quorum: 6:35 p.m.
Approval of Previous Minutes: Minutes were approved by consent for October.
Consent Agenda: Pool House light repaired.
Financials: Mark Wnuk presented the financials for October. Recurring bills were paid with the addition of $199 to Paradise Pools (repairs), $41.39 to Dan Flynn (lock), $158.45 Marianne Pophal (landscape), $65.90 to Sharon Snow (safety cones), $442.66 to Tom Wooton (paint) and $205.84 to Tom Wooton (repairs).
Old Business:
Renew Domain Name: Aaron Ward is working on this.
Bushes for Pool House Fence: Mark Lemmenes is working on. Need to contact Rick for map.
Luminaries: Materials ordered. Display date is Saturday December 19th. David will have maps.
Chili Cook-off: The chili cook-off was held October 17th. Everyone had a great time. Thanks to
Pam Miles for coordinating.
New Business:
Need Christmas Judges – David and Katherine will coordinate the judges.
Condition of Ponds: Some concerns raised by residents. The fountains were not working properly. Dave will contact Lake Doctors.
Miscellaneous and Lot Concerns.
Lot Concerns: Several letters sent to please cut and clean lots. One structure letter sent.

December 7, 2015 at 6:30. Meeting at Katherine Frazier’s house, 3139 Misty Creek Lane to assemble Luminary bags.
